Not really. Then you have to mentor the people chosen next year and hope they don't die. And even if your tributes win only one of them can win so you still lose.

There will be another rebellion, one day. I can't say whether it will be tomorrow or in a thousand years, but inevitably someone will try to stop such things from happening. And after enough time, one of them will succeed.

This is also small consolation to you, and I apologize. My gifts as a prophet are weak across worlds, and most of what I have to rely on is experience.
